AdQuantum × Union Apps Investment Fund

These Terms of Use («Terms«) govern your access to and use of the website https://adquantum.fund/ (the «Site«) and the submission of applications to the AdQuantum × Union Apps Investment Fund (the «Fund«). The Site is operated by AdQuantum Ltd.

By visiting the Site or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

  1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about the Fund — an investment vehicle designed to support mobile app founders — and enables eligible companies and individuals to apply for funding consideration. Submitting an application represents an expression of interest only. It does not create any contractual, investment, partnership, or other binding obligations on the part of AdQuantum or the Fund.

  1. Application Review
  • Applications are assessed at the Fund’s sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to request supplementary information as part of the review process, but we are under no obligation to provide feedback, detailed assessments, or reasons for any decision.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, funding, or any further engagement with the Fund.
  1. Accuracy of Information

By submitting an application, you represent and confirm that:

  • All information you provide is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • You have the authority to act on behalf of your company, project, or team and to submit the materials provided;
  • You will notify us promptly of any material changes to the information submitted.
  1. File Uploads and Submitted Materials

Applicants may be required or invited to upload supporting materials — including but not limited to profit and loss statements (P&L), pitch decks, financial projections, and other documents (collectively, «Uploaded Materials«). By uploading such materials, you confirm that:

  • You own or hold the necessary rights to share the Uploaded Materials;
  • The Uploaded Materials do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and their submission does not violate any applicable law or confidentiality agreement;
  • You take responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and appropriateness of the Uploaded Materials.
  • The Uploaded Materials do not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, spyware, or other such malicious code.

AdQuantum is not responsible for any loss of or damage to Uploaded Materials arising from technical failures, transmission errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. You are encouraged to retain copies of all materials you submit.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All intellectual property rights in your project, application, or business remain with you or your respective licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • By submitting an application (including any Uploaded Materials), you grant AdQuantum a limited, non-exclusive right to access, review, and evaluate the submitted content solely for the purpose of assessing your application for funding. No broader rights are granted.
  1. Confidentiality

We recognize that applications to the Fund may contain commercially sensitive information, including financial data, product details, business strategies, and other proprietary materials. AdQuantum will:

  • Treat all such information as confidential;
  • Use it solely for the purposes of evaluating your application;
  • Restrict access to those employees, contractors, and advisors directly involved in the review process, all of whom are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • Not disclose your information to any third party without your prior written consent, except where required by applicable law or regulation.
  1. No Obligations

By submitting an application, you acknowledge that:

  • AdQuantum and the Fund are under no obligation to enter into any agreement, provide funding, or proceed with any form of collaboration as a result of your application;
  • Not all applications will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to prioritize or decline applications at our discretion;
  • Any communications or discussions that take place following submission — including preliminary meetings, requests for information, or expressions of interest — do not constitute an offer, term sheet, or binding commitment by AdQuantum or the Fund unless expressly documented in a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Site and its content are provided on an «as is» basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied;
  • AdQuantum shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or costs arising from your use of the Site, your submission of an application, or your participation (or non-participation) in the Fund;
  • We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, free from errors, or unaffected by technical issues.
  1. Changes to These Terms

AdQuantum may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the nature of the Fund. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised «Effective Date.» Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
